Support

91 Dispatcher is in early access. Support is handled directly by the people

building the product, so reports go straight to the person who can fix them.

We aim to respond within one business day. Flight-safety-relevant defects — a

brief showing wrong weather, a notification that didn't fire, a currency

calculation that looks off — are triaged first. Say so in the subject line.

Reporting a problem

The report that gets fixed fastest includes:

  1. Where — the screen you were on (e.g. "New Brief", "Flight Tracking").
  2. What happened and what you expected instead.
  3. Your setup — iPhone or iPad, and whether you were on the web app or the

mobile app.

  1. A screenshot, if the problem is visible.

TestFlight testers: taking a screenshot inside the app offers a "Share Beta

Feedback" option that attaches it automatically — that route works too, and

it includes device details for us.

What support can and cannot do

We can fix defects, explain what a brief is telling you, and recover account

issues. We cannot make your go/no-go decision: every output of 91 Dispatcher

is advisory, and the pilot in command remains the final authority on every

flight.
